How do I return an item?

We have an automated return process which is handled online. Please read below to see which products can be returned and then complete the form below. A Return Form with all of your information will be immediately emailed to you which you will then print out and include with your return.

*ALL CLEARANCE & STORE RETURN ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED

Only the products below can be returned in USED condition:


Liquid Orthotics - Can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Night Splints - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date

Heel Seats - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date


Heel Pain Packages - We offer a 60 day pain free guarantee on all three packages. You can return the entire package in used condition within 60 days of the purchase date.


ALL other products can be returned in NEW condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 DAYS. You will receive a full refund less original shipping costs(includes free shipping items) within 20 days of us receiving the return. If used items are returned(except for Heel Seats, Liquid Orthotics & Night Splints) they will not be accepted and the customer must pay to have them shipped back. If original product packaging is not included a 25% restocking fee will be applied.


*Exchanges can take several weeks to process. You can only exchange items for a different size of the same item. You cannot exchange an item for a different item with a different price. The best way to exchange is to simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order for whatever new item you want.
