These insoles are amazing I could barely walk and after 2 days my foot pain has decreased dramatically. I also got the night splint so I'm hoping for a full recovery!!!! I am ordering a second pair to put in my sneakers so I can start walking for weight loss again!!!

Arch supports are very important for healthy feet and to avoid foot ailments such as Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spurs. Why do arch supports rarely relieve pain from Plantar Fasciitis and/or Heel Spurs?

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by the plantar fascia becoming inflamed and contracting.
Simply providing arch support does nothing to attack the cause of the pain which is the inflammation and contraction of the plantar fascia. Night Treatment Options:

Night Treatment is HIGHLY recommended in addition to wearing the Liquid Orthotics and/or HTP Heel Seats in your shoes during the day.  Plantar Fasciitis is caused by the plantar fascia contracting.  The key to recovery is keeping the fascia stretched not just during the day, but at night as well giving you 24 hour therapy.  A common night treatment that doctors have prescribed for decades is the use of a Night Splint while sleeping.  The Night Splint holds your foot at a 90 degree angle to your shin while you sleep keeping the fascia from contracting throughout the night. Our Rigid Night Splint works the best, but is the hardest to sleep with. If you don't think you can tolerate the Rigid Splint we suggest choosing from one of our two soft splints.  There are many different designs of Night Splints available, but all of them serve the same purpose and that is to keep the plantar fascia stretched as you sleep.

Fit great feel great.  Very little pain now.  Using them with the soft night splint.  Used to use heel gels in all my shoes but now I just move these from shoe to shoe.  Time to get some extra pairs!!

I believe they have helped me.  My pain overall is down.  Initially the inserts feel funny.  I've not worn any before so the gel feeling is new.  I will say, they fit every shoe I have and they do not move around and are very comfortable.  I think that even after I get over the plantar fasciitis.  I will still wear them
